Move the cursor by word and by line
Holding the arrow key is a method. There is a faster one.
⌥←⌥→⌘←⌘→
Option jumps a word at a time, Command jumps to the start or end of the line. Add ⌘↑ and ⌘↓ for the top and bottom of the document. This works in every text field on the machine, including this one.
Do this now
In a paragraph, get from the middle of a word to the start of the line, then to the end of the document, without arrowing one character at a time.
